When New Zealand was coming out of lockdown into Level 3 we, like many other hospitality businesses, rolled up our sleeves and looked for new ways to operate our business. Blank Canvas at Home, a meal delivery service, was born. The unique element to this service was that we ran it as a social enterprise and for every 5 dinners sold, we were able to donate an additional dinner to someone/a family that needed ‘a night off cooking’.
To date we have have gifted 400 meals and we don’t plan to stop there! This initiative kick started our thinking about how we can best serve our community because we are all about putting pure goodness in everything we make and do.

Winefriend and the Babysitters Club who collaborated with us to deliver care packages (a family meal, a bottle of wine and a babysitting voucher) to families of Essential Workers.
